Each November and into December, the Episcopal Church Women bake and make in anticipation of the annual St. Nicholas Cookie Fair. Cookies are sold by the pound and come in every imaginable favor and shape. But it isn’t just cookies that bring people from all over to Trinity, there is also a variety of baked goods, soups-to-go, cracked pecans and much more. The cookie fair is the major fund raiser for the charitable work done by the Episcopal Church Women (ECW).
